We employ a dedicated forester who practices sound timber management, environmental awareness, and who follows all guidelines set forth by state and federal agencies. We are fully insured and, when we purchase your timber, signed contracts are a must. Our dedicated woods crew has been with the company more than 30 years. Our loggers are SFI certified by the State of Pennsylvania, and our mechanize

d cutting operations are performed by experienced, professional lumbermen and equipment operators who use the most modern timber harvesting equipment on the market today. Our lumber graders are graduates of the National Hardwood Lumber Association and strictly adhere to the rules and regulations governing the lumber industry. Our prices are reviewed and adjusted regularly according to the Hardwood Market Report. We also do land clearing for gas well and new construction sites. Frey Lumber and Pallet Corporation has its own fleet of trucks and dependable CDL drivers for convenient delivery of our products to our customers. We deliver throughout Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Maryland and Ohio. We also deliver furniture-grade lumber to furniture and hardwood floor manufacturers along the East Coast.

For nearly 75 years, Frey Lumber Company has been proudly supplying hardwood products to coal mines across Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio! 🪵

Mining is deeply woven into the culture and history of our region, and we are honored that our products play a vital role in supporting underground mine operations. We carefully monitor and inspect our hardwood materials to ensure they provide the strength and stability required for safe passage throughout the mines.

According to the National Mining Association, the coal industry remains a crucial source of jobs and economic growth. We are hopeful and optimistic about continued increases in coal production in the coming years! ⛏️

As a small, family-owned business, we take pride in working personally with each of our customers to guarantee their production is never disrupted by a shortage of hardwood products.
