MICRONIZED ZEOLITE FROACTIONS

Since 2023, our new production line for micronized zeolite fractions has been up and running. This allows us to increase production and better meet customer needs, ensuring deliveries can be adjusted to fit their schedules.

ZEOCEM produce micro 20, micro 50, and micro 200 fractions, with a focus on delivering high-quality, extra-dried products. Micronized products are available in bags on pallets, in silos, or in containers suitable for sea transport, with delivery options available worldwide.

ZeoFeed improves cattle care and environmental welfare.

ZeoFeed serves as an anticaking agent for animal feed premix production. It ensures safe, dry and loose feed during storage and transportation with positive effect on lower occurrence of mold growth and toxins (mycotoxins) in storage silos.

Our unique product ZeoFeed consists of natural Zeolite - Clinoptilolite. It is a mineral with a unique inner crystalline structure and negative charge. Its structure is responsible for cation - exchange capacity specific to Clinoptilolite which makes ZeoFeed a unique product. The diameter of its inner pores is 0.4 nanometers and has specific selectivity and affinity to molecules of ammonia, water, cations of heavy metals, and gas molecules. ZeoFeed selectively binds ammonia, water molecules, ions of heavy metals, and toxins.
