Job Summary:
TCF is seeking experienced Sales Professionals that are driven, dedicated, and goal oriented. This role requires experienced, enthusiastic out of the box thinkers that are motivated with a strong sales background, attention to detail with good business disciplines and a pattern of success. The right candidate will have strong interpersonal and telephone skills, have a neat and professional appearance, ability to multi-task, and have solid computer skills. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will serve as the initiating party for new clients through cold calling, lead follows, and all other duties as assigned. You must be comfortable with making numerous outbound calls daily and conducting general mathematical explanations around our rates and savings with potential customers. You will be required to meet sales quotas weekly. There is a potential to work from home after sales ability has been demonstrated and sales goals have been reached. Candidates must understand the importance of quality metrics and delivering/operating in line with them daily.
Primary Duties:
• Outbound Calling, Prospecting, Client Conversions.
• Follow up on leads.
• Maintain Sales Quota Weekly.
• Develop prospects into new clients by educating them on the information that has been sent to them.
• Attend mandatory monthly training.
Best Candidates Will Possess The Following:
• 2 years of successful sales experience.
• A understanding of Deregulated Energy.
• Strong computer skills.
• Experience in Call Center Environment
• Experience in cold calling and telesales.
• Ability to analyze and assess client needs and requirements through a consultative process.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be a self-starter, who is results driven, highly motivated, high energy, and has a proven track record of exceeding quota objectives.
