With the holidays upon us, cheer and goodwill abound, we want to send a gentle remind to our valued customers on turn around times for new and existing color matches and providing full product information when ordering.
We want to make the process as seamless as possible for both you and our team and we would love your help with that. Please give our staff 3-5 BUSINESS days on new PAINT color matches and up to 2 weeks lead time for stains. I understand this may cause inconveniences on your end, but we want to strive to get your matches right every time. Existing match turn around time is usually same or next day and even quicker if you call ahead.
When placing an order for other items like fill sticks, sandpaper and
solvents, please provide as much information as possible on the EXACT item you would like to order.
We greatly appreciate loyal business and kind words when we exceed your expectations.
We are also truly thankful for you helping us grow in leaps and bounds, so this Thanksgiving we give thanks to you…
