I been going so hard with this competition prep that sometimes I forget that millions of people around the world are watching my movies. That’s how it is when you are a doer and an overachiever, you don’t even count the wins, you just keep doing the work.

I never ask my distributer Rockey Black to put me on the hero shots inside of Tubi or Prime, I be waiting to feature the actors I paid to be in that position but I keep seeing myslef there.

The other day my brother Ron-O| 2x Award Winning Filmmaker said B you a star now all you need is you and a famous girl in a film and it’s gone. It’s crazy but he is right because ever since Kendra Rainey put me in “Gigalow” as Aphrodisiac, my phone has been ringing with opportunities and my online coaching is growing. I am actually coaching one of the actresses from the film and she is competing in a couple of weeks.

I was focused on bodybuilding but the body is building my audience just like Don Brumfield told me would happen when he told said I should start back working out and to do a competition. I took his advice and never looked back.

Now that my competition is done I am going to start pre production on my next film , “The Trainer” which is a thriller about a crazy personal trainer and a beautiful unappreciated woman. I’m going to pick another competition and compete right after the film is done just like I did when I filmed Gigalow then went to nationals and won my pro card 11 days later.

Goal for the rest of the year is keep growing my online competition prep and lifestyle coaching business, compete in more shows and make another movie that everyone loves.

It was dope seeing another boy Zach Savoie in the building.
What’s even crazier is that just a couple of years ago, I was watching this guy compete, studying his posing and admiring what he brought to the stage. Fast forward to today, and I’m standing beside him as a fellow IFBB Pro.
Moments like this remind me how powerful consistency, faith, and hard work can be. The people you look up to today can become the people you stand beside tomorrow.
This was my first Pro show, and I’m grateful for every second of it.
