09/15/2026
Today is an important tax deadline for many flow-through entities.
For calendar-year S corporations and partnerships that filed timely extensions, September 15 is generally the extended filing deadline to file the 2025 business tax return and issue Schedule K-1s to shareholders or partners.
Clean books matter. Business owners should ensure bank accounts are reconciled, income and expenses are properly classified, and all tax documents are ready for timely, accurate filing.
An extension gives more time to file, but it does not replace the need for organized records, timely communication, and proactive planning.
At FAIntellics CPA Advisory, P.C., we help business owners move from last-minute tax stress to stronger bookkeeping, better documentation, and proactive tax planning.
