But here's what I'm seeing behind the scenes in companies: AI is being thrown at broken projects like a magic fix.

The harsh truth? If your strategy, structure, and scope aren't crystal clear, AI just makes the confusion move at lightning speed. âš¡

Before you jump on the automation train, pause and ask:
✅ Do we actually know what problem we're solving?
✅ Are our processes ready for AI to SUPPORT (not replace) them?
✅ Is our data clean, governed, and properly aligned?

Are the companies seeing real AI wins? They did the foundational work FIRST.
