Prices were very reasonable and scheduling was easy. We received a full inspection and chimney cap installation. The tech also noticed that our woods stove was not installed correctly, which is good to know for our safety.

Jesse with Next Level Chimneys assisted with an inspection at a home this last week - my buyers (I am a Seattle realtor) are under contract at a 1921 home. Jesse inspected the chimney, interior and exterior, gave a thorough assessment verbally and then sent a detailed written estimate for the "should-do" items and the "nice-to-do" items. I highly recommend Next Level Chimney and especially Jesse for thorough and honest information.

I contacted Next Level Chimneys in mid-July because I found a piece of the spalled brick in my yard and requested an exterior inspection. Shannon was quick to respond and 2 days later Dan arrived and inspected the chimney and showed me photos of missing spalled brick and a cracked crown. There was no charge at this time and it would be dismissed if I went through them for the repairs. There would also be a military or senior discount of 10%. I did check with another Chimney company, but they never showed up. I also liked the idea that this was a local company. I received a detailed estimate for pressure washing the chimney, new crown installation, replacing any spalled brick and then putting on a water repellent. JF and Dustin arrived on 08-28-2026 and completed all of those tasks. They were polite, professional and answered a couple of questions I had. They completed the job in 4 hours and did a good job of cleanup. They require half of the price as deposit and the remainder at completion of the work. The forms are still on the crown and will be removed after 24 hours. Great company to work with, great communication and the associates were personable and provided photos of the work before and after. I was very happy with the whole process.

These folks are great! We have been struggling for several years to find a local, reputable chimney company to do our yearly clean and maintenance. We've had several weird or borderline-scammy interactions with other "local" companies that as far as I can tell are all the same out-of-state owner under the hood. After 3 tries with companies that all turned out to have the same owner, we finally found Next Level Chimneys. I really appreciate that they aren't trying to upsell or push for more than we are asking for. They show up on time, they communicate well, they do great work at a reasonable price, and they are locally owned and operated. Use them and ignore the others!

Fantastic company to work with! We needed an old wood stove removed in our new house, and wanted to use a local company. They were very quick, informative of the steps they were going to take, and they cleaned up completely. Definitely recommend!
