Happy Happy 4th of this July 2021! This summer has been a hot one. Both in temperature and project volume. We have been truly blessed with such wonderful and patient clients.
Our contractors have been wonderful and very helpful in being creative to help our clients work through the inflated lumber and labor markets of late.
Some projects updates:
Manor Way Estates•
Lots 1-3 are framed out. Lots 4-6 have slabs poured with framing started on lot 4. Lots 8-9 are soon to be permitted and lot 7 will be in for permit next week.

Whitaker Plat•
Lots 1-9 are in for engineering while I finish up their Submittal plans sets.
Viego 5-plex Townhomes•
Civil is done and preliminary unit designs are done.
We currently have 20 projects in for permit but with King County being out 6-months and Snohomish Health losing half their review staff and at 16-22 weeks out, we dont anticipate any new starts for awhile.
We also have another 48 projects currently in the que at all stages of completion.
Like most of my engineering support we are running about 7-8 weeks out on project starts.

Also, want to let everyone know our projects are as far south as Olympia, north as Concrete, east as East Wenatchee and West as Everett.
Most years we have a few dozen projects in the Cle Elum area and this year we don’t but do have 1 in East Wenatchee; 1 in Orondo; and 1 Northeast of Chelan.
I will also be working on our own cabin on Badger Mountain and small winter oasis in Wickenberg, Arizona.
