I DIDN’T 😇
Because you can’t change what you don’t measure.
You don’t have to track forever.
I still track but I already know what to eat to stay within my calories and hit my protein.
Because I built awareness first…
I didn’t:
❌ Give up the foods I enjoy
❌ Stop going out to restaurants or drinking beer
❌ Obsess over calories
❌ Or turn my life into a fitness competition
I built a system that works with my lifestyle.
And that’s the difference between:
Losing weight temporarily vs. Becoming the type of person who stays in shape
I lost 40 lbs in 6 months eating fast food, going out, and drinking alcohol.
Because I stopped guessing and started paying attention.
Most people don’t have a weight problem…
They have a system problem.
Awareness ➡️ Habits ➡️ Freedom
That’s the path.
