The floods that struck Nepal’s Rasuwa district on August 25, 2026, swept away homes, schools, and bridges, destroyed crops, and left thousands of families in temporary shelters or under the open sky. Reading those details is why I’m sharing this fundraiser.
The American Society of Nepalese Engineers, a nonprofit formed in 2007, is directing donations to Nepal’s Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund, where support can reach people affected by the destruction. More than 80 donors have already contributed, bringing the fundraiser to just over 20% of its goal. That early response can help build a stronger path toward relief and recovery.
If you’re able, please donate through the GoFundMe page so assistance can reach Rasuwa and neighboring areas. Thank you to everyone who has already given or helped spread the word. 🇳🇵
