Tomorrow feels like a big one.

Fall flavors start hitting the menu, but that’s only part of it.

For the first time, we’re serving breakfast.

Breakfast sandwiches.
Toasts.
Overnight oats.

Another step in what we’ve been building From Scratch. More reasons to come in. More reasons to stay a while. More of what we’ve always wanted this place to become.

September starts tomorrow. So does breakfast.

WE’RE CHANGING OUR CAFÉ HOURSAs From Scratch Desserts continues to grow, so does the way we want to serve our community.With the launch of our new breakfast options and the addition of café seating, we’ve decided it’s time to update our hours of operation to better fit this next chapter.Effective September 7th, we’ll be opening daily at 7 AM, giving our early risers and morning commuters a chance to stop in for breakfast, coffee, or something sweet before starting their day.This change is about more than simply opening earlier. Part of building From Scratch Desserts has always been letting you see the process, not just the finished product.

Today that meant taste testing the Baked Apple Cinnamon Donuts for our new breakfast menu.

They were good, but the apple wasn’t coming through enough for us.

So they’re not done yet.

We’re tweaking the recipe, testing again, and continuing to build this menu the same way we’ve built this brand. With intention, attention to the details, and a willingness to keep working until it feels right.

We want to keep sharing more of these moments with you, because the wins, the misses, the adjustments, and the late night ideas are all part of the story.

Breakfast launches September 1st, Somerset.
