🔨 Deck Restoration & Stair Rebuild

This deck got a major upgrade! We replaced all the deck boards, replaced several joists, added joist tape for extra protection, corrected the joist hanger fasteners, rebuilt the stairs and landing, poured a new concrete pad, and replaced the railings.

From the framing to the finished details, every part of this project was about improving the deck's durability, functionality, and appearance.
Another project completed and another happy homeowner! 💪

This Airbnb deck had a little fire problem 🔥😬. We tore out the burned and damaged sections, repaired the framing, and installed new decking to bring it back to life. Another deck repair job completed!

Here is a current project we are working on. I decided to share how I cut the composite deck boards and prepare to install the picture frame. Most people assume you install the picture frame and then insert the rest of the decking in the middle. But this is not the best way to do it. Hope this can help someone and remember you don't have to try this at home, just call Deck Ops!
