We were called out for a FREE wildlife inspection after the homeowner started hearing unwanted activity inside the home. They had a suspicion about who was causing the problem... and then they captured this photo.

Raccoon confirmed.

🦇 Bats. Bats. Bats. Woodchucks. Bats. Flying squirrels. BATS.*😂

That's pretty much what our phones look like right now!

Young bats are on the move, and we're getting calls for everything from noises in attics to bats unexpectedly flying through bedrooms in the middle of the night.

Mike's PSA: *close the sliders, check your screens and SEAL around those window AC units!*
A surprisingly small opening can be all it takes.
