Designing Nexthink's Experience 2025 Conference was all about engagement truly coming to life, not in isolated moments, but in how everything connects. Creating seamless, intentional transitions between sponsors, sessions, and keynotes so every moment feels thoughtfully designed rather than simply scheduled. Through purposeful design, lighting, and active listening, we're able to align client objectives, brand expression, and the needs of the environment into one cohesive experience. Taking a look back at our work designing and producing for Fal.Con 2024, a conference that grows year after year like no other, 2024 was one for the books.
After moving full speed into production, attendance surged by 2,000+ guests, challenging every decision we had made about flow, space, and experience. What could have been disruption became an opportunity to rethink, rework, and reimagine in real time, truly defining our partnership with the CrowdStrike team. From reconfiguring layouts to optimizing attendee journeys on the fly, our team leaned into creative problem-solving at every turn, proving that great event design isn't just about the plan, its about how you adapt it.

At the inception of INSIGHT, RainFocus was looking for a new experience to bring their community together for in person connections. We have seen the INSIGHT program and RainFocus continue to grow and are proud to be Ex*****on and Strategy Partners.

Each year we look back at previous INSIGHT events to see the growth of the RainFocus INSIGHT program year after year with out partnership together.

Since 2022 VDA has been a proud sponsor of RainFocus INSIGHT, creating booths and bringing memorable activations to the event each year.
In 2024 the VDA booth used AI to turn attendee headshots into exciting portraits of secret agents, mad scientists, and rockstars. Utilizing AI as a tool to engage attendees and gain attraction to the booth was a huge success and opened doors to connections and networking we look forward to attaining at RainFocus year after year.

Celebrating our partners and their accomplishments make 40 years of VDA easy. As students and alumni gathered to celebrate Founders Day, 125 years of Northeastern University, VDA created memorable experience with Happy Birthday banners, branded wayfinding, and multiple activations. One of our favorites included an augmented reality activation which used a vintage camera to display historic photos of the University. A perfect way to celebrate this historic school.

With 40 years in business, VDA continues to create innovative design elements that represent brands and their ideology. At CyberArk's tech conference IMPACT 2024, VDA created a central hub inspired by transformation and built for engagement. Dynamic lighting for the high-energy environment on the conference floor, represented entering a protected environment with CyberArk, and drew attendees in through four distinct entry points.
