The 180 Group, Inc.

The 180 Group, Inc. The 180 Group is a creative, strategic event production company built around healthcare.

The 180 Group is a trailblazing production company that creates engaging and unique virtual, in-person and True-Hybrid experiences for clients and audiences of all sizes. With worldwide connections, our talented and experienced team is able to make any client’s dream meeting, event or conference come to life from start to finish, no matter the venue. We know the human connection is at the heart of

every event, even when attendees are in different places. In a world where people will likely be apart more often, we have mastered True-Hybrid productions. When there are in-person and virtual aspects, our team makes sure it feels like one collective, cohesive event or meeting so each person has the same quality experience. We find captivating ways to keep everyone connected to the content, the message and to each other, even when they’re not all together. At The 180 Group, we create intentional meetings for intentional people. From getting to know the client to creating a one-of-a-kind experience tailored for a diverse audience to coaching and training presenters, we are adept and versatile. We take pride in being responsive, understanding our client’s needs, and delivering excellence under demanding circumstances. Whether we’re working with a Fortune 500 company to produce cutting-edge events for teams of thousands or developing smaller yet equally unique events for startups, our mission remains the same: deliver the most innovative experience, engage the audience in standout ways and execute each event flawlessly.

Most production companies can execute a plan. The test is what happens when the plan changes. This is what 180 Group is built for.

Your client isn't paying for the gear. They're paying for the phone call at 11pm when something breaks.

The gear is a vehicle. The judgment is the product.

The client who trusts you on show day trusted your process long before they arrived.

The work that makes show day look easy is never done on show day, It's 8 hours before your guests arrive. That's where the show is actually built.

The audience never sees the overnight. That's the point.

Day one ends and the room gets reset , adjustments documented, systems tested again, changes from the day's feedback addressed before anyone arrives for day two.

A multi-day show isn't two separate productions. It's one continuous operation with a twelve-hour window in between.

The second day doesn't run itself.

A thin brief doesn't get rejected. It just determines what the first three conversations are about.

The brief doesn't start the project. It reveals it.

A vendor who prices fast without asking the right questions hasn't thought through the job.

The red flags are rarely dramatic. They show up in small things.

A slow response to a technical question. A quote that seems too clean to be accurate. A portfolio that shows results but not process.

By the time the flag is obvious you are already on site.

We evaluate vendors the same way we evaluate the room, before we commit, not after.

Evaluate before you commit.

If the booth is loud, the show is already behind.
Silence is the metric. You should hear the show, not the crew.

Chatter on the comms means someone is solving a problem that should have been solved in pre-production. Shouting at the table means the system wasn't ready.

Every operator knows their cue. Every transition is mapped. The only thing you should hear is the intercom confirming the next move.

That is what control sounds like.

The venue's CAD drawing is a suggestion, not a fact. We verify the ground truth ourselves, checking power, rigging, and load-in routes.

High-stakes ex*****on requires knowing the room's limits before the trucks roll.
If you haven't touched the floor, you haven't planned the show.
