Over the past 10 years, Michelle Mills has made a lasting impact at dancker, building meaningful client relationships and lending support and expertise to colleagues across our company.

As an Account Executive in our Somerville office, Michelle takes the time to understand our clients’ needs and goals, bringing together the right resources to develop solutions that support them. Her ability to guide clients throughout the planning, budgeting, design coordination, and implementation phases has helped her build lasting relationships and trust that have become a hallmark of her career.

Beyond the work she does for our clients, Michelle has contributed so much to the collaborative spirit that makes dancker special. With over three decades of experience in the industry, colleagues often turn to Michelle when challenges arise and they’re looking for a solution. Ready, Set, Scavenge! 🔎🏙️

A little friendly competition, a few clues, and a whole lot of exploring!

Yesterday, the dancker team hit the streets of Center City Allentown for the IDLCPA Lehigh Valley Scavenger Hunt!

It was a fun way to connect with our local architecture and design community, explore the city, and support the Interior Design Legislative Coalition of PA Legislative Coalition of Pennsylvania (IDLCPA).

For the past 5 years, Channel Feliciano has been a dependable part of the team, helping keep dancker’s operations moving through safe, efficient, and reliable logistics.

Channel began his dancker career as a Warehouse Associate before moving to a Logistics Associate. Today, he is responsible for ensuring deliveries are handled safely and efficiently and representing dancker professionally with every customer interaction.

Throughout his dancker career, Channel has built a reputation for reliability and superior knowledge of logistics, deliveries, and material handling, making him a trusted resource for both colleagues and customers. His commitment to getting the job done right has made him an incredibly important part of the team.

This Monday, October 12, our offices are closed for Columbus Day, also recognized by many as Indigenous Peoples' Day. It's a day that holds more than one story, and we think that's worth honoring.

For us, it's a reminder that growth starts with curiosity. Asking better questions. Listening to the people who know the ground best. Staying open to what we haven't discovered yet.
