WholeWorker

WholeWorker Bringing your authentic self to work and play. Its aim is the integration of our life and work.

WholeWorker provides a framework for understanding what used to be called work-life balance and recasts it so that it’s relevant to the 21st century lifestyle. WholeWorker provides structure for strengthening the personal and social domains in the same way that we routinely strengthen our process domain. By balancing growth in all three domains, the WholeWorker achieves equanimity, productivity, a

nd fulfillment. Wholeworker frames our work as a calling, rather than simply an occupation. Believing that all work affects our spirit and the spirit of those it touches, WholeWorker seeks to refine the essence of our work. The goal of the WholeWorker approach is satisfaction with our life’s trajectory and specifically with our life’s work. This approach seeks to create a space for contemplation, reflection, and expansion in our endeavors. WholeWorker seeks to counter the trend toward continued compartmentalization and fragmentation of our lives that produce distraction, dysfunction, loss of purpose and clarity, dissatisfaction, and disease.

I’m listening.

Standing on the edge of the Sonoma coast, I’m reminded that this place has a rhythm all its own — untamed, creative, deeply rooted.

That spirit is what SoSonoma is all about.

This is more than a beautiful backdrop. It’s a living landscape shaped by artists, winemakers, farmers, chefs, thinkers — people who are quietly, passionately doing meaningful work.

SoSonoma is my way of telling their stories.

This is where it begins.

Life means change. It’s part of the very definition.

Maybe even embrace it.
