Please read this article as it is true to the core for our artisan and farmstead cheesemakers, independent cheese shops and cheesemongers. Leslie Cooperband, cheesemaker wrote an article much like the article from Keith Adam’s, as they have both written the truth is our reality of cheesemaking and the challenges that most are afraid of speaking about, they both have written and spoken and I heard them loud and clear. Together we need to listen and cooperate and work together.

How a cooperative business model focused around regionalism could help to preserve and celebrate small, independent cheese makers and mongers.
