Caddis Caddis is dedicated to the production of premier small lot wines. Chris Sorensen is both owner and winemaker of Caddis wines.

Caddis wines, owned by Chris Sorensen and Courtney Garcia (soon to be married!), is dedicated to the production of premier small lot wines. We purchase only the best grapes from high quality vineyards to ensure that our wines are nothing but top notch. With over 15 years of experience in the wine industry and being a native of the Livermore Valley he has learned the nuances of the trade and the area. Chris is passionate about creating wines that not only reflect the terrior of the vineyards but are delicious and extremely pleasing to the palate. We are located in the heart of livermore valley just off of greenville road. At this time Caddis is open for tasting by appointment only. During your visit with us we will take you through a sit down tasting of our small production and exclusive wines. This weekend we will be open at our winery in Livermore from 12-4:30 and will be tasting barrel samples from the Thatcher Bay Vineyard along side bottled vintages of the same wines.
