🍷✨ From Vineyard to Vessel ✨🍷 The journey continues for our Sangiacomo Tall Grass Pinot Noir! After harvest and crush, the fruit has reached its final stage in the press—where every last drop of deep, ruby-hued juice is carefully extracted.

This is the magic moment when vibrant fruit becomes the foundation of a complex Pinot Noir. From clusters on the vine to juice in the tank—it’s all part of the Highway 12 adventure. Stay tuned as the story of 2025 harvest unfolds.
