As the news swirls around Napa & Sonoma, and properties devastated by the Glass Incident complex fire, we are humbled by the outpouring of kind thoughts and well-wishes from our partners and friends in the industry.
It is with great relief, we can confirm that Rombauer Vineyards. which faced the blaze at close range, is safe and unharmed due to the heroic efforts of our fire crews & first responders. We are beyond grateful for the news and we stand in solidarity with our Napa & Sonoma friends and colleagues who have lost their lives, businesses, & homes.
We are keeping the people of California's Wine Country--our friends, partners, and neighbors--in the forefront of our minds, and hoping fervently for relief from the destruction.
We will keep you updated on our partners in the area as we contend with the continued emergency.

Rombauer Vineyards did not burn from the Glass Fire despite rumors and its close proximity to wineries that experienced significant damage. The famed Chardonnay purveyor is one of several Napa wineries — Failla, Schramsberg, Mending Wall — that also escaped harm.
