Everyone is complaining about the weather in northern Minnesota so we had a beach party yesterday at our block of the month.

North Country Quilt Shop is officially closed as of May 18th, 2016. I am still doing my long arm business and would be honored to quilt your quilt. I will keep this sight open with updates and a great way to keep in touch. Thank you so much for over 16 years of being in business. I can't tell you once again the great people I met and the wonderful times we had.
I feel you are all my personal friends.

Wait until you see what we have done to North Country Quilts. It looks like a new shop. Going to move my long arm quilting machine in the area that has the table in now. Going on a mini vacations today with my husband. (My back and my brain need it). Will be back on Monday and open for business next week on Tuesday and Thursday.

Today starts a whole new chapter for North Country Quilts. We will be open with limited days this month.
Saturday the 3rd. Then we will take the next week completely off.

After that Tuesday, and Thursday, 10-3pm.

3rd, 13th and 15th, 20 and 22, 27 and 29.

If there is a quilt on the porch I am in quilting which means I am also open.
We still have many beautiful fabrics.

We finished our last full week at North Country Quilts. This week we will be open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday 10-4pm. We will be closed on Thursday and Friday.

Well all I have to say is if you weren't at the shop this morning to see Thelma and Louise pull in with their convertible, buy some fabric, and blow out of town you missed it. If anyone spots them driving down the highway let me know. Sure am going to miss those sightings.

Harvest Moon weekend in Ely is already here. It started yesterday. Busy day at the shop. We are open today (Sat) and tomorrow (Sunday) at 9am. See you on your way up to Ely or back.
