We are thrilled to welcome Paul Dougherty to the C12 family! Paul joins as a member, where he will grow as a leader through peer connection and coaching. He serves as Director of Operations at Industry Health Solutions, where he has been a key part of the team since 2015.

Paul is a licensed and certified Athletic Trainer with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from West Chester University and a master’s degree in Exercise Science from California University of Pennsylvania. His additional credentials include Certified Industrial Ergonomic Evaluator, Certified Workers Compensation Healthcare Provider, and Correctional Exercise Specialist.

Paul is a passionate leader who strengthens teams, serves others, and makes work better for the people doing it. At Industry Health Solutions, he has shaped policies and procedures and led efforts in injury prevention, ergonomic evaluations, and workers’ compensation case management. He has also led projects to improve working conditions in the protein processing industry, helping reduce cumulative trauma disorders through better tools and workstations.

We look forward to learning more about Paul’s story and seeing the impact he will make in this group! Welcome, Paul!
