Lacher is growing. We're not posting positions yet, but we're already thinking about who we want on this team. We'd rather get to know the right people now than rush to fill seats later.

You don't need an insurance background to work at Lacher. Nearly 90% of our team didn't have one when they started.

What we do look for is harder to teach: character, curiosity, and a genuine desire to do right by people. We're especially drawn to people with drive, grit, and initiative - those who don't wait to be told what to do, embrace challenges, and take pride in making an impact. We're growing, and we want to start building relationships before the roles are even posted.

The best work in our community doesn't happen in an office! 🙌

This week, our team volunteered with four incredible local organizations: Emmanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church- Souderton, PA , Keystone Opportunity Center , Generations of Indian Valley, and The Bean Bag Food Program, all of which serve people in our neighborhoods and beyond.

Together, we packed 1,000 lunch bags, sorted food donations, set up a volunteer celebration picnic, and wrote encouraging notes for local students facing food insecurity. We value deep care and community for a reason, and these are the days that remind us why.

Shout-out to these awesome organizations for letting us be part of the good work they do every day! 🤝

Congratulations to Amy Kelley, named a 2026 IA&B Woman of Influence! 🎉 This award celebrates exceptional women in the independent insurance industry, and Amy is exactly the kind of person it was made for.

Amy leads Lacher's Private Client practice, where she works one-on-one with clients to build tailored coverage for high-value homes, specialty vehicles, and lifestyle protection. Rather than fitting clients into off-the-shelf policies, she takes a consultative approach to ensure the coverage reflects their lives.

From mentoring the people around her to volunteering with Worthwhile Wear and Alex's Lemonade Stand, Amy leads with both skill and heart. Her passion for helping clients understand and protect what matters most is felt by her clients and our whole team every day. 😄
