Benjamin’s hospitality journey started in culinary school, but it didn’t take long for him to discover a passion for the hotel industry. After working his way through nearly every role at a banquet hall, he joined a hotel team as a Guest Service Agent and quickly advanced into leadership. When the opportunity arose to become a General Manager during the challenges of COVID, he stepped up and hasn’t looked back.

As a leader, Benjamin believes in leading by example and isn’t afraid to roll up his sleeves alongside his team. His leadership philosophy is simple: trust, but verify. When he needs a quick reset during the workday, you’ll likely find him taking a walk outside to enjoy some fresh air. Away from work, he’s an avid camper who spends time outdoors year-round, and one day hopes to check a trip to the Arctic Circle off his bucket list.
