3. ⚖️ Reallocate federal and state capital, resources, and assets equitably—so equality in access is paired with equity in what people need to thrive.
4. 📜 Reimagine the country from its foundation. Revisit the name, Constitution, governing articles, institutions, and systems through the lens of justice, humanity, and belonging.
