Every one of us enters our interactions with a worldview shaped by our experiences, communities, values, assumptions, and cultural backgrounds. The question is not whether we have a cultural lens. We all do. The question is whether we understand how that lens influences the way we see, interpret, communicate with, and respond to others.

That is why self-reflection is so important.
