🎉 Welcome to the Team!

We’re excited to welcome our newest Assistant Project Manager to Building Envelope Technologies, Inc.!

A familiar face at BET, Brenna has interned with us every summer since 2023 and is now joining the team full-time following the completion of her Master of Architecture from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI).

She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from WPI, bringing a strong background in architectural design, drafting, and project coordination. Her academic work has explored the vertical expansion of existing historic buildings, as well as adaptive design and innovative materials within historic coastal environments.

With interests in sustainable design, adaptive reuse, and innovative building materials, we’re excited to see her continue to grow and bring her experience and perspective to projects here at BET.

Building Envelope Technologies, Inc. is looking for a Structural Engineer to join our team!

This position is ideal for an engineer interested in working on a diverse range of projects involving structural condition assessments, forensic investigations, building enclosure consulting, repair and restoration design, and new construction.

The role includes hands-on field investigations and inspections, structural analysis and design, preparation of repair drawings and technical specifications, construction administration, and collaboration with architects, contractors, owners, and other industry professionals.

🔹 EIT required; PE preferred
🔹 Experience with structural steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, wood, and foundations
🔹 Bluebeam proficiency

Some of the team couldn't resist jumping in for a swim, and even had a visit from some harbor seals!

Last Thursday, members of the Building Envelope Technologies team were proud to attend—and sponsor—the Wagdy Anis Symposium, hosted by the Building Enclosure Council (BEC) Boston in partnership with the Boston Society of Architects

Bringing together architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and other industry professionals, the symposium offered a day of insightful presentations, meaningful discussions, and valuable networking centered on advancing building enclosure design and performance.
