There’s a lot of talking about vacuuming in my cleaning videos but why? 70-80% of the soil existing in the carpets is dry. A thorough pre vacuum is considered essential to the carpet cleaning process. So why doesn’t every cleaner do it?
1. Takes more time
2. Claims the truck mount will get it all out anyway
3. Company standards are not the same for all businesses

Making things look clean is easy. Most important is to release as much contaminants out with the cleaning technique selected is what cleaning is truly about. We take great care in making sure the property is all SETT or Profect to suit anyone’s needs.

Destroying the p*e p*e party. If you wanted to ruin a p*e p*e party make sure to be very careful with a UV light. They can cause blindness!!

We offer help for small job cleaning needs. This was a section cleaning for a local couple who was getting lots of build up in the living room. Smaller locations are often more affordable.

They were happy to have everything dry within 40 minutes with the use of air movers and our SETT cleaning process. We clean for health not just appearance.

What on earth is a spray and rake?

You may have heard this term before, but remember that it’s not a good thing. In some instances if there’s not a lot of visible soil an inexperienced cleaner may see a benefit in doing some of the steps to clean but not all of them. Spray and rake is a horrible thing to do for many of reasons.

First: they did not help the customer. It did not improve the health of the surface.

Second: there was NO proper extraction.

Third: the floor would not be cleaned properly for health. Chemical, heat, agitation, and time (C.H.A.T) are needed to provide the healthiest results possible.

Fourth: wicking can happen. Due to no proper extraction spots underneath the carpet can spring back up from the moisture presented.

There are other skilled cleaners out there too. Plenty by me. Doing a spray and rake is equivalent to mopping the carpets (don’t get me started on that 😂)

Do you know the differences between tile and stone? I can see this video being essential for those looking for tile and stone floors. I’ve noticed when going to some homes not all contractors are alike.

I’ve cleaned for people who were under the assumption they had marble floors. Over 400sqft worth. But when the install team arrived they gave them a porcelain design!!! How do I know? I’ve tested the floors (sharing in a future video)

Thankfully there is honest businesses that truly care about install. I took the time to stop in a The Tile Shop out in Algonquin. I’m not paid or sponsored to say any of this and wanted to share some of the flooring they have and maybe you can design your home the way you want instead of having a show room brought to you.

I’ve done in home consultations for companies before and the problem is some will push for a narrative instead of letting you find what floors you’ll be happy with for years to decades.

Take a trip with us to an empty apartment move out. A few days ago I had the pleasure to train my friend Tony in floor care. He was able to learn the necessary chemistry within 1 full day of training. Is there more to learn? Of course!

Consistency, confidence, care, knowledge, and attention to detail will make someone just getting into the cleaning business better than the splash n dash business model.

Great work takes time and excellent work takes even longer. Was happy to share some of the essentials and hope this can inspire some to learn more since there’s enough homes and commercial buildings for everybody😊

2 cleans in 1 video! Beginning with some area rug cleaning and moving to the tile next.

The tile floors have a color sealer on there which is failing from time and cleaning products for over the past couple years. There were options on full removal however it was not wanted.

Definitely was a fun project and you’ll see a pop in the area rug through out the cleaning!
