FRIDAY CREW SHOUTOUT 👏🌊

Our guys are still out in Indiana helping families recover from some serious storm damage, and they’ve been putting in some incredibly long, hard days.

From board-ups and tarps to demo, mitigation, shoring, and everything in between, they’ve continued to show up, work hard, and get it done.

We ask a lot of our crew, especially when emergency work takes them away from home, and they continue to step up every time.

So today, we just want to say thank you. We see the hard work, we appreciate you, and we’re damn proud of this crew. 💙🧡

This is why we mobilized.

Families in Indiana are still facing devastating damage from the storms. Homes have been opened to the elements, belongings exposed, and families are trying to figure out what comes next.

Our crew is on the ground helping secure homes, prevent further damage, and begin the recovery process. Board-ups. Tarps. Temporary Shoring. Water mitigation. Whatever we can do to help.

The whole crew was put to work this weekend… including the kiddos. 😂💙

We spent the weekend loading up and getting ready to mobilize to Indiana, where families are still dealing with major damage left behind by recent storms.

We’re heading out prepared for board-ups, emergency tarping, water mitigation, structural drying, storm damage cleanup, and whatever else these homes need to start putting things back together.

The trailer is packed, the crew is ready, and our smallest helpers made sure every last air mover was accounted for.

Indiana, Wave is on the way. 💙🌊

A little personal note from me today 💙

I originally wanted to get CPR + AED certified because I’m a mom of two young kids. Then I thought about what we do every day; we’re in your homes, around your families, and on job sites where things can happen. So I did it for Wave, too!!

Hopefully I never need it. But knowing I’ll know what to do if I ever do? That matters to me.
