Riveer Riveer is a global manufacturer of custom filtrating wash systems that reclaim, remove solids and le

Founded in 1983, Riveer began by specializing in equipment sales to the federal government, specifically industrial and military grade pressure washers, parts cleaners, custom wash equipment and difficult custom projects. Company founder Matt Petter soon realized that greater control over the manufacturing process would result in a superior system, and together with his brother Doug Petter, transformed the company into a manufacturing operation to better respond to customer's exact requirements. The Petters made a huge advancement in the wash rack industry with their "GripStart Technology" which solves a common military problem; new recruits are often thrown on the job without extensive training. With "GripStart", all they have to do is pick up the wash gun and pull the trigger, then release the trigger to stop it. Riveer continues to focus on easy-to-operate systems that outperform competitive units. Since introducing the "Cyclonator" in 1997 Riveer sales have grown at an annual rate of 36%. This growth has also been driven by innovations such as the "MudMasterTM", "BirdBath" and "PhosphaterTM". Growth is organic as well internally financed, and a large segment of that growth is existing customers, who make up 34% of our new equipment orders. Servicing customers is an essential part of Riveer's continued success. Riveer's growth has shown the need for the expansion of an entire service department, maintaining and servicing their systems throughout the world. During this period of rapid growth, Riveer has never lost sight of its mission to provide easy-to-operate, environmentally compliant washing, containment and filtration systems for military, aviation, oil & gas, construction, industrial, finishing, municipal and commercial markets around the world. Today, Riveer systems can be found throughout the world, keeping equipment clean, combating the never ending threat of corrosion, and reclaiming as much precious water as possible. When it comes to wash rack technology to handle the toughest jobs... the solution is clear with Riveer.

How do you protect aircraft from corrosion?

An extensive study in 2001 found that the U.S. Armed Forces spend around $20 billion annually on corrosion-related costs. Frequent clear water rinses in-between scheduled washes remove corrosion causing agents like salt and dust before they are able to cause any damage.

Riveer's Birdbath Clear Water Rinse System (CWRS) is a permanent fully automated corrosion control system for rotary and fixed wing aircraft. Utilizing a robust water treatment plant, the CWRS is designed to dissolve all surface solids or salts from air frames preventing the build-up of harmful corrosive contaminants.

Why Choose Riveer’s Birdbath Clear Water Rinse System (CWRS)?
⏩ Fast Rinse Cycles to keep your crew moving. The rinsing process takes 30 seconds to 2 minutes depending on the type of aircraft being rinsed.
🔘 Cockpit activated PAR (Pilot Activated Rinse) allows pilot to select and activate airframe-specific rinse pattern via mic clicks.
💦 Sprays 800 to 3,000 GPM at a safe-for-aircraft pressures, under 60 PSI for undercarriage and 175 for flight surfaces.
☁️ Automatic operation, no ground crew required, adjusts to type of aircraft and weather conditions.
🚿 Utilizes multiple corner-mounted, automatic, oscillating, high-flow monitors with patented spray and flow trajectories and multiple lower deck nozzles ensure a thorough and efficient rinse of all surfaces.
♻️ Reclaims and recycles up to 80% of water used in the spray cycle.

Is your equipment ready for the next rental?

Every hour a piece of equipment sits waiting to be cleaned is an hour it isn’t earning rental revenue. Keep the yard turning and protect asset value with Riveer’s In-Ground Wash Rack Systems.

Why Choose Riveer’s In-Ground Wash Racks for your Rental Fleet?
🪨 Removes sludge and grime packed into chassis, undercarriages, and tracks
⛰️ Captures mud, dirt, and wash water to prevent yard runoff
♻️ Pairs with Riveer water treatment systems to recycle wash water and cut costs
🔄 Engineered for heavy-duty mud loads for high-volume equipment washing operations

As rental demand grows and fleets turn faster, that means more dirty equipment cycling through the yard between rentals, and wash and rinse systems have to keep pace without slowing turnover. Riveer wash systems are built specifically for that kind of heavy, recurring soil load, with wash water containment engineered into the system from the start rather than added on afterward.
