Came across this albino blacktail doe the other day. Did you know that only about 1 in 20-30k deer are born with genetic traits that cause them to be albino. The fact that this doe survived to adulthood in California with all the predators amazes me. , ,

Close call from last season. Saw this buck 3 days in a row, but I was holding out for a bigger buck. One of my hunting partners decided to go for it.
