Atletico Madrid⭕ Complete Transfer🔁 of Felipe🛡 from Porto

Portuguese club Porto have confirmed the sale of Brazilian defender Felipe to Atletico Madrid.

The 30-year-old centre-back will join Atletico in a €20million deal.

Felipe made 93 Primeira Liga appearances in three years – is set to replace outgoing captain Diego Godin.

A league winner with Porto in 2017-18, Felipe confirmed his exit from Estadio do Dragao earlier on Monday.

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is hoping Chelsea star Eden Hazard joins the La Liga giants in the off-season.

"How are we supposed to talk to a club who are playing in a final?" Perez said when asked about a possible transfer for the Chelsea star. "We've been trying for a number of years to make Hazard a Real Madrid player, but we haven't achieved it yet."

"I'd really like Hazard to come to Real Madrid and really hope he does. He is one of the best footballers."

It is set to be a busy transfer window for Madrid, with head coach Zinedine Zidane poised to overhaul a side that finished third in La Liga and bowed out of the Champions League in the last 16.

Ghana's🇬🇭 Total Public Debt is Just GHS2 Billion Shy of Hitting GHc200 Billion

Ghana’s total public debt stock is on the verge of hitting GHc200 billion, according to the Bank of Ghana’s latest economic data.

A report by Joy Business suggests the country’s total public debt is just GHS2 billion shy of hitting GHc200 billion.

Data published by the Central Bank on Friday shows that GHS21.4 billion was added onto the public debt in the first three months of 2019.

Meanwhile, when measured as a percentage of GDP, Ghana’s debt was 57.5 percent of GDP, as of March 2019.

The debt accumulation in 2019 is inclusive of the proceeds of the US$3 billion Eurobond the government had issued in March.

The Government of Ghana has had to pay heavy interests on its borrowings in recent times.

This could particularly be attributed to the country’s growing public debt, which is set to hit GHc200 billion soon.

The Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta, is on record to have said the country is to pay in excess of GHS21 billion in interest on its debt in 2019 alone.

Taliban Says🗣 ‘Occupation’ Must End for Afghan✌️ Peace

A Taliban delegation met a group of senior Afghan politicians in Moscow on Tuesday, insisting that international forces must leave Afghanistan for peace to be agreed, amid gathering diplomatic efforts to end the 18-year war.

The delegation, led by chief Taliban negotiator Mullah Baradar Akhund, met politicians, including senior regional leaders and candidates challenging President Ashraf Ghani in this year's presidential election.

The Taliban, ousted by U.S.-backed forces weeks after Sept. 11, 2001, attacks on the United States, refer to themselves as the Islamic Emirate.

Mohammad Karim Khalili, head of the High Peace Council, the main body charged with pursuing peace efforts, said dozens of people were being killed in fighting every day and it was time for a “dignified and just mechanism” to end the bloodshed.

Tom Holland is infamous for giving out spoilers, and the actor, once again gave away a major plot point from his forthcoming film Spider-Man: Far From Home at an event in Bali.

At a press event here on Monday, the actor got on the stage, determined not to give away any spoilers, as he said: "What can I say without ruining it?".

When asked about actor Jake Gyllenhaal entering the franchise with the role of Mysterio, Holland ended up spilling a secret from the plot.

"Mysterio is my new best friend in the movie. We fight together to fight these creatures... Because when Thanos snaps his fingers, these creatures come from other dimensions," explained Holland, before realising that he had said a lot.

He looked shocked and said "oh" as the crowd's cheer grew stronger.

It was known that the Jon Watts' film follows the aftermath of Avengers: Endgame. The trailer shows how Holland as Peter Parker and Spider-Man is dealing with the death of Iron Man/ Tony Stark.

But with the new detail which has emerged, it has become clear that Avengers: Endgame has a heavy influence on its narrative.

Thanos' snap, which Holland was referring to, wiped off half of the population, including several loved superheroes in Avengers: Infinity War.

It continued with Avengers: Endgame with superheroes like Captain America, Hulk, Iron Man and Black Widow, who assembled for one last time in this film, and to get the people who vanished with Thanos' snap back.

Intel 10th Gen Core ‘Ice Lake’ 10nm CPUs Announced📢 at Computex 2019

Intel held its annual keynote at the Computex 2019 trade show today, where GM and Senior Vice President, Client Computing Group, Gregory Bryant, unveiled the company's long-awaited 10nm 'Ice Lake' CPU lineup, which will be the first of the company's 10th generation Core family and will target the thin-and-light laptop category. In addition to general performance improvements, Intel is touting the graphics capabilities of its new Iris Plus integrated GPU and new AI functionality called Intel Deep Learning Boost. Bryant announced that Ice Lake CPUs are now shipping to laptop OEMs, and devices are expected to be available for sale in time for the 2019 US holiday shopping season.

Ice Lake CPUs are based on Intel's Sunny Cove core architecture and are built using a 10nm fabrication process. The company has famously struggled to manufacture and ship 10nm CPUs in volume and has repeatedly missed its original 2016 target for the now-cancelled 'Cannonlake' generation. The company had recently promised to ship Ice Lake in volume in June.

The Iris Plus integrated GPU uses Intel's Gen11 graphics architecture. Intel previewed its performance the day before Computex, and claimed up to 2x the graphics performance of the previous generation equivalent. In total, 11 Ice Lake CPU models have been launched, across the Core i3, Core i5 and Core i7 tiers, though exact specifications were not announced at the keynote.

Atalanta Qualify for CL for the First Time🙏

Atalanta qualified for the Champions League for the first time on a dramatic final day of the Serie A season.

The Bergamo side, in their 112th year, Inter Milan, AC Milan and Roma all went into the final round of fixtures in contention for the final two spots.

However, it was Atalanta and Inter, in third and fourth at the start of the day, who took the places.

Atalanta recorded an easy home win over Sassuolo and Inter triumphed 2-1 over Empoli, who were relegated.

Coach Gian Piero Gasperini's Atalanta had in the previous two seasons flirted with the Champions League spots having previously finished in mid-table positions since their last promotion from Serie B in the 2010-11 season.

The club, with a modest budget, finished seventh in 2017-18 and fourth in the previous campaign, however only three Champions League spots were awarded to Italian sides back then.
