🚨 TWO 16-YEAR-OLDS ARRESTED IN FATAL SHOOTING IN TENNESSEE

Two teenagers have been arrested in connection with a deadly shooting at Birchstone Village Apartments in Madison, Tennessee.

Police identified the suspects as De’Nylen Montgomery and Chad T. Wright, both 16. They were arrested on October 30 and face charges including criminal homicide, attempted criminal homicide and criminal conspiracy.

The October 15 shooting claimed the life of 21-year-old John J. Diaz and left his 14-year-old brother injured.

Investigators are considering a possible robbery motive. The investigation remains ongoing.

On October 23, 2026, LAPD Southeast Division officers encountered a masked man carrying a r***e in South Los Angeles.

A vehicle pursuit followed. When the vehicle stopped, the armed suspect began exiting while holding a r***e, prompting an officer-involved shooting.

Two r***es and a handgun were recovered. Four people were taken into custody.

No suspects were struck by gunfire, and no community members were injured. Two officers sustained minor injuries in a traffic collision while responding.

The LAPD’s Force Investigation Division is investigating the incident.

Police say officers began investigating a vehicle near Martiz Drive and Derry Road West on October 5, 2026, at approximately 5 p.m., over an alleged Cannabis Control Act violation.

A subsequent vehicle search reportedly led to the seizure of:

🔫 A loaded 9mm G***k handgun with a prohibited 15-round magazine
💊 More than 79 grams of suspected drugs, including fentanyl, he**in, crack co***ne and crystal methamphetamine
