This October 20–23, REX Aircraft Interiors heads to Las Vegas for NBAA, bringing together craftsmanship, materials, texture and custom design in one complete aircraft interior experience.

This showcase is the result of collaboration between teams that each bring a distinct level of expertise to the project: REX Aircraft Interiors, Versalles Textures, 7 Sewing & Perforation , and OmnAvia Interiors

From custom seating and dimensional surfaces to precision sewing, perforation and carefully selected aviation materials, every detail reflects a shared commitment to pushing aircraft interiors beyond the expected.

At NBAA, we’ll be showcasing quilted design, Versalles Textures and a fully custom REX seat — bringing the work behind the details into the spotlight.

With Starlight Ceiling, REX brings a new dimension to the aircraft interior — integrating hundreds of individual points of light directly into the ceiling to create an immersive nighttime environment. ✦

It’s a feature REX is bringing into its interior projects with the same attention to detail that defines every cabin transformation — carefully integrated into the existing architecture so the effect feels intentional, refined, and part of the overall design rather than an addition to it.

From the placement and distribution of each point to the way the lighting interacts with the rest of the cabin, every detail contributes to the final atmosphere.

For the Hawker 800, MUTATI approached the seat not as a component, but as the visual anchor of the cabin

White leather creates the foundation
Precision quilting gives it rhythm
Woven textile introduces contrast
Carbon fiber brings structure
Polished metal sharpens every transition

Each surface was treated as part of one composition, where comfort, proportion and material tension work together to create a stronger, more contemporary identity

CHALLENGER 604 — BEFORE & AFTER

A complete cabin transformation built around a cleaner, more contemporary visual language. The redesigned interior brings together near-white upholstery, structured charcoal accents, custom seating details and a graphic carpet that carries the contrast throughout the cabin

The result gives the Challenger 604 a distinctly more modern character while working within the aircraft’s existing architecture — a transformation developed and executed by REX Aircraft Interiors

CHALLENGER 604 — INTERIOR TRANSFORMATION

A complete cabin transformation built around a cleaner, more contemporary design language.

This Challenger 604 was reimagined with a 605-inspired interior direction, bringing together custom seating, contrasting light and dark finishes, refined cabinetry, new carpet, and carefully integrated details throughout the cabin.

The result is a 604 with an entirely new presence — modern, cohesive, and designed around the way the aircraft is used today.
