CHALLENGER 604 — INTERIOR TRANSFORMATION

A complete cabin transformation built around a cleaner, more contemporary design language.

This Challenger 604 was reimagined with a 605-inspired interior direction, bringing together custom seating, contrasting light and dark finishes, refined cabinetry, new carpet, and carefully integrated details throughout the cabin.

The result is a 604 with an entirely new presence — modern, cohesive, and designed around the way the aircraft is used today.

We’re proud to share the final reveal of our latest completed Citation III interior refurbishment.

This project was designed to move beyond the traditional look commonly seen in business aviation, introducing a bold and uncommon palette rarely used inside an aircraft cabin. The contrast between the deep blue inserts and the soft baby blue leather created a clean, modern atmosphere while still maintaining an elegant executive feel throughout the cabin.

One of the most distinctive elements of the project is the introduction of our new stitching design, “Asturias,” developed to bring a fresh layer of texture, identity, and craftsmanship into the seating design. Subtle in appearance, but highly detailed in ex*****on.

This refurbishment included a complete interior transformation, with all cabin inserts replaced and carefully refinished, alongside extensive customization across materials, seating, side panels, and cabin detailing.

Every surface, texture, and finish was approached with precision and intention to create something unique — an aircraft that reflects personality, innovation, and a different vision of luxury aviation.

Coming up: a new transformation concept for the existing seat of a Challenger 604.

The goal is to reinterpret the original seat design with a more modern, technical, and premium vision, bringing the aircraft interior closer to the visual language of newer Challenger cabins, including the Challenger 650.

Through updated materials, stronger contrast, cleaner geometry, and refined upholstery details, this modification is designed to elevate the cabin presence while preserving the aircraft’s executive character.

We’re excited to unveil our latest completed project — a beautifully refurbished Citation

This aircraft pushes beyond the usual boundaries of aviation design, featuring a bold and uncommon color palette rarely seen in the industry. The combination of deep solid blue wood finishes paired with soft baby blue leather creates a striking yet elegant contrast.

At the heart of the cabin, we introduced a new stitching design to the market — “Asturias” — adding a fresh level of detail and identity to the seating.

This was a full interior refurbishment, including the replacement of all cabin inserts, with a strong focus on precision, craftsmanship, and deep customization throughout.

The result: a truly unique aircraft that reflects personality, innovation, and luxury in every detail.
