We're closing out Small Business Month with another team introduction...meet Dawna Poulin, CCFC Business Advisor!

No stranger here: Dawna first started at Community Concepts in December 2024 as a Customer Service Representative Specialist and advanced to the role of Business Advisor with Community Concepts Finance Corporation in April 2026.

In her current position, she draws on her small business insight and client-focused approach to help entrepreneurs achieve sustainable growth and long-term success. She brings extensive experience in workers’ compensation policy management and commercial insurance, along with valuable perspective gained from being part of a small business family in Maine. Through her husband and son’s home-based business, Dawna has developed a strong understanding of the opportunities and challenges small business owners face, enabling her to provide practical, relatable, and results-oriented guidance.

Dawna is committed to supporting clients with professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care, making her a trusted resource for entrepreneurs and small businesses. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband.

She takes great pride in attending her granddaughter’s softball games and values creating meaningful moments with her grandson and loved ones.

🌞 Spring has officially sprung, and the CCFC team is out enjoying this absolutely beautiful, sunny afternoon! 🌸
Today, we took a spring outing to the historic McLaughlin Garden to kick off their annual Lilac Festival weekend. Walking through the paths surrounded by over 125 varieties of blooming lilacs is a total sensory experience, the sights and smells are incredible!
If you're looking for the perfect weekend activity, the festival runs all weekend long (Friday, May 22 – Monday, May 25). It’s an absolute gem of an area attraction, and because McLaughlin Garden is a non-profit organization, your $5 admission directly helps preserve these historic grounds and support their community educational programs. 🌿
Of course, no sunny afternoon trip to Norway is complete without a sweet treat! We made sure to stop by Norway/Paris Soft Serve to cool down and wrap up a perfect team day. 🍦✨
