It has been a tough couple weeks for many since the overturning of Roe V Wade. In times like these, empathy is more important than ever.

But what role does empathy really have in workplace culture?

My name is Jill Felska and I am ridiculously obsessed with changing the way we work for the better. I've been helping companies do just that for the past 12-years.

I’m starting this podcast because I full-heartedly believe we can and should change the way we work - but that it’s also a really huge, hard ask that none of us should have to tackle alone!

My nickname in college was the human sparkler and it’s still probably one of the best ways you could describe me. I say this to note that this podcast will be anything but buttoned up.

I want you to feel like you’re with a passionate, overly optimistic friend while you’re on a walk, doing your dishes, or folding your 274th basket of laundry. I want this podcast to not only be a source of knowledge, but something you tune into to refill your cup.

I know how hard this work REALLY is…and I hope to play a small part in reminding you that it really is worth doing and that you are absolutely NOT alone!
