We are proud to announce a historic milestone for our organization.
Helping Hands Community Health, operated by Regal Recovery Care LLC, has earned its first accreditation from CARF International. We received a Three-Year Accreditation, the highest level of accreditation CARF can award, extending through June 30, 2029.
The accreditation applies to our adult substance use disorder and addiction programs:
• Intensive Outpatient Program
• Case Management/Services Coordination
• Outpatient Treatment
CARF’s independent peer-review process found that Helping Hands Community Health demonstrated substantial conformance to internationally recognized standards. The survey report recognized our person-first approach, welcoming and nonjudgmental environment, strong commitment to recovery, comprehensive policies and procedures, health and safety practices, use of technology, and focus on continuous quality improvement.
CARF also reported that clients and referral partners consistently praised our professionalism, person-first approach, and commitment to quality care.
This achievement reflects the dedication of our entire team and the trust placed in us by the individuals we serve, their families, our referral partners, and our community. We are grateful to everyone who helped us reach this milestone.
Accreditation is not a finish line. It is an ongoing commitment to accountability, learning, and improvement. We look forward to continuing to help people heal, grow, and rebuild their lives with dignity and hope.
