Three new service trucks. One mission: keeping customers up and running. 🚚⚙️

This , we're taking a closer look at one of three new Service Trucks recently added to the Milton CAT fleet.

Built on Ford F-550 chassis, these mobile workstations feature Maintainer Signature Series 1 Service Bodies equipped with Maintainer 85630 Cranes and VMACAir H40 Air Compressors, providing technicians with the tools they need to perform critical service work wherever the job takes them.

From scheduled maintenance to emergency field repairs, these new Service Trucks will help keep equipment operating and crews productive in the field.

From concept to capability: a closer look at Bow Fire Department's new Forestry Unit. 🚒

Earlier this week, we shared the incredible community effort behind this specialized wildland firefighting vehicle. Today, we're highlighting Hews' contributions to the build and how it helps support the unit's mission.

For this project, Hews supplied a DuraMag Bodies Aluminum Flatbed Body, installed the water tank, and fabricated a custom belly box tailored to the department's needs. Together, these components provide a durable foundation for firefighting equipment while maximizing storage space for tools and gear during wildland firefighting operations.

Key features of this rugged unit include:
🔥 DuraMag Aluminum Flatbed (TB094114-AL) w/ all-aluminum construction for strength & corrosion resistance
🔥 Tongue-and-groove extruded aluminum flooring for a durable, lightweight platform
🔥 Extruded aluminum headboard w/ Accessory Glide Track for added versatility
🔥 Hews custom-fabricated belly box for additional enclosed storage w/out sacrificing valuable deck space

Built through the combined efforts of the Bow Fire Department and several local partners, this Forestry Unit is ready to help protect Bow and its surrounding communities for years to come.

We're proud to have played a part in bringing this impressive new Forestry Unit to life for the Bow Fire Department.

Celebrating 15 years of WTS-Maine Chapter! 🎉⚓

The Hews team enjoyed a memorable evening aboard Casablanca Cruises earlier this week, joining transportation professionals from across Maine for a two-hour cruise through Casco Bay in celebration of WTS Maine's impressive milestone. It was great catching up with so many familiar faces from Maine’s transportation community, and we were so glad to be part of the evening.

Congratulations once again to the team at Maintainer Corporation of Iowa, Inc. on 50 years of innovation and excellence in the work truck industry. 🎉

This week, Bob Hews and Jim Hews traveled to Sheldon, Iowa, for Maintainer's 50th Anniversary Dealer Event and Community Open House.

The event brought together dealers, partners, employees, and community members to celebrate five decades of growth, innovation, and craftsmanship. Bob and Jim enjoyed touring Maintainer's manufacturing facility, hearing updates on the company's future, and spending time with the people and partners who have helped shape Maintainer's success over the last 50 years.

Thank you to the entire Maintainer team for the hospitality and for including Hews Company in this special milestone celebration. We look forward to continuing our partnership and seeing what's ahead for the next chapter of Maintainer's story.
