Today, we are highlighting another recipient of the 2026 Cytokinetics Communications Grant: Camp Taylor.

With this grant, Camp Taylor is launching “Living with HCM: Youth Voices from Camp Taylor.” The digital initiative shares real stories from young people living with HCM and their families to help expand awareness and education around HCM.

The project includes a clinical toolkit. This resource helps healthcare providers share these powerful stories with newly diagnosed families to deliver accurate, reassuring and patient-centered information.

For the past eight years, the Cytokinetics Communications Grant Program has supported patient advocacy organizations to expand their reach and engagement with the and communities.

This month, we are highlighting the important work of our 2026 grantees, and first up is Canadian SADS Foundation.

Being diagnosed with a cardiovascular disease can feel deeply isolating, leaving patients and families often feeling unheard during their healthcare journey. This campaign aims to change that by sharing real stories that help people feel seen, heard and supported.
