Y'all won't believe this one. 😅 Bought a block home in St. Pete, title comes back with an OPEN permit the county never closed... turns out the previous title company just glossed right over it. Then we found two more. Seller was NOT happy when we had to renegotiate — but here's the thing: this stuff doesn't fix itself, and it definitely doesn't close itself. I was lucky to experience a virtual tour for the concept plan for Hotel Ora, downtown Tampas’s to be built first luxurious hotel and condo residences. It’s quite spectacular with a new STK Steakhouse, penthouses, Vegas style pool with DJ, concierge service, oh did I mention a helipad! Thank you Richard Jolliffe for your invitation.
