On June 12, our Macon branch brought that value to life in an incredible way, partnering with Central Georgia Technical College, Angela Partain (Georgia Regional Director of Society of St. Andrew), and https://hubs.ly/Q04m0jWg0 to support a local food drive for the Macon community. Through their hard work, dedication, and generosity, the team helped distribute over 250,000 pounds of food that will help in providing meals, relief, and hope to thousands of individuals and families facing food insecurity.

The e-commerce grocery market doubled between 2019 and 2025, and it’s projected to double again by 2033. Cold storage facilities are feeling that pressure daily.

Traditional expansion methods often create new challenges. Increasing square footage increases refrigeration costs, which already account for up to 70% of operating expenses. Meanwhile, labor shortages and the physical realities of working in sub-zero environments can reduce efficiency and increase turnover.

Cold storage automation is helping warehouse managers overcome these limitations.
