Today we completed a perc test for a new house site that we’ll be starting over the next couple of months.

Every successful build starts with proper planning and site preparation, and this is the first step in making sure the project is done right. This customer had outdated galvanized water pipes and, while updating plumbing inside the home, decided it was the perfect time to upgrade the exterior waterline as well. Our crew replaced the old piping with new waterline installation to ensure a more reliable and long-lasting system.
