Formerly a senior project manager (+12 years), trainer, and mentor, I possess over 30 years of professional experience in all phases of architectural design, documentation, and construction administration. My expertise covers a wide variety of residential designs that incorporate both energy efficiency and sustainability. I provide full architectural services such as; walking the property and sigh

ting the house, schematic and preliminary design, construction documents, bidding and negotiation, bid selection, site inspections, and punch list. I am currently working on homes ranging from $300,000 to $1.2 million. My smaller projects include an addition to an existing home in the Historic District of Pinehurst, NC. I strive to exceed my client’s expectations in terms of design quality, service and professionalism. I am interested in meeting potential clients and offering my services as a highly qualified and experienced designer.
