🚧 Another structural repair completed by AtlasForge Welding & Fabrication.

This service pit had seen years of heavy use and needed more than just a quick patch. We removed the compromised material, installed new heavy-gauge steel, reinforced the structure underneath, and fully welded everything back together to get it ready for daily service again.

Another truck back in service.
This vac truck, operated by the City of Inkster, developed soft spots in its air pressure cylinder, resulting in a pressure leak and reduced reliability. We performed a weld repair to stabilize the vessel, restore pressure integrity, and get the truck safely back in service with minimal downtime.

The repair photos show the welded area prior to final sealing. Due to rain moving into the area during the repair, a final photo of the completed patch over the weld was not captured. However, the tank was fully welded, sealed, and pressure-stabilized before returning the vehicle to service.

Another railing brought back to life.

These support posts had rusted completely through at the base, creating a safety hazard. We removed the damaged sections, fabricated new supports, and restored the railing's structural integrity. Ready for primer and paint.

Stop sending us social media partnership requests!!! We are still very active. Jobs have not been being posted as much recently. We just have not been on social media as much, rather focusing on the work we have had at hand and going out to get it done. Lately weve been tasked with city repair work as well as a few restaurants here in the local Detroit area, anywhere from Texas De Brazil down to a few local coney islands. We are still doing residential repairs, and taking on projects. We hope all has been well with you all, stay safe!
