Storm Sewer Repair Completed by McElroy Land Solutions LLC

A critical underground drainage issue was recently resolved in a private community. Following a video inspection of a 15” storm sewer line, two major problems were identified:
• A crushed section of pipe that led to a sinkhole and damaged the road base
• Severe sediment buildup, hardened like concrete, that was restricting water flow

The repair involved excavating the roadway, removing the compromised pipe, and installing durable HDPE storm pipe to restore proper drainage. The trench was then backfilled and compacted to specification, preparing the site for final asphalt restoration.
