Today was a powerful one. 👏
Our Emerging Leadership Academy – Year 2 participants spent the day defining the core values they’ve committed to live by, not just talk about.

They created EPIC-L a values framework rooted in Excellence, Passion, Integrity, Community, and Leadership and brought it to life through this graphic. This wasn’t handed to them. It was built through reflection, discussion, and alignment on who they want to be as leaders.

When values are owned by the group, they become a living system guiding decisions, behaviors, and impact. Proud of this cohort for the intentional work they’re doing and the standard they’re setting. 💪
