ridiculously “without thinking about it” …. Client challenges, geography and requirement for 1 and 2 man teams meant that our Drivers have grown. Initially individuals from Chris’ own spectrum of talent which he’d met, worked with or observed in previous roles but now we recruit and deploy talent as individuals or as outsourced resources taking all the guesswork of a pitch away from our clients and focusing on what makes us both revenue – new products, new initiatives and new ventures. Doing different things and doing things differently is a rather abstract undefined explanation of what we do, but if you actually “think” about it (pardon that pun) it’s less absurd than it sounds – we do what you cannot, we are not restricted by the day to day core operation, we exist purely to determine, define and deliver (obsession with d’s all round) extensions to core brand, additions to core customer acquisition, we exist to grow our clients business as if it was the first day when that successful business started. Borrow your watch, tell you the time, walk off with your watch – not happening! We prefer to stay active within the venture, own our clients brand values, manage all expectations commercial and emotive, and be rewarded from the net gain our clients enjoy. From the outset, no elephants in any rooms – we place a value on our clients and they place their trust in us. Headquartered in Southlake, Texas gives us a base to expand primary clients US ambitions and a central administration hub to coordinate the activities of our Think Drivers and outsourced delivery partners.
