Dear trade that comes in before me!!
Please install nail plates where needed so there isn’t any mishaps when the next one comes in behind you!!!

Please note the dark wood that’s water that should not be there. I know remodeling is not always easy as we are limited to what is there and what needs to be done. and we do what we can do but there are ways of insuring these types of things don’t happen!!! Oh well mistakes happen, all we can do is learn from it and do better next time.

Bonus if you can tell me what’s missing.
