Majestic Landscape & Elite Lawn Fertilizing are looking for experienced plow drivers for the upcoming winter season.

Candidates will be expected to have a valid drivers license as well as be physically able to perform the listed job duties. Pay will be determined based on experience and skill set.

Job Requirements & Responsibilities:

- At least 1 year of commercial plowing experience

- Be able to work out in the cold; on-site truck repairs, side walk clearing if required, etc.

- Maintain accurate records/times/equipment checklists

- People skills, can work well with others

- Reliability - This is a seasonal on-call position, your availability will be needed from Nov. 26th to roughly April 1st

Elite Lawn Fertilizing & W**d Control is looking for another fertilizing technician to add to our growing roster.

-The candidate must at least possess an MDARD 3A applicators certification (also possessing 3B & 7F are a big plus).

-Must have good people skills as you will be talking with customers and suggesting solutions to any issues that you identify.

-Depending on the weather you may have to work weekends (only Saturdays, no Sundays)

-Experience with commercial applicator equipment or similar

Majestic and Elite Landscape is looking to add a Lawn Care Manager to our growing lawn care roster. The Lawn Care Manager will be responsible for the following duties which include, but are not limited to:

- Knowledge & understanding of commercial lawn care equipment. Small engine repair knowledge is a big plus.

- Planning & optimizing routes for each crew on a weekly basis.

- Managing repair and maintenance logs for the lawn care equipment we use.

- Ability to train new employees to the company's high standard of work.

- Being physically able to perform the job description at hand.

The pay for this position is dependant on experience with salaried positions being available for exceptional candidates that also carry experience snow plowing during the winter season.
